Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers will be required to cover the return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition. Once your order has arrived please allow 1-3 business days for your return request to be processsed. We do not process any exchanges. If you are looking to echange your item we kindly ask that you submit a refund and then place a new order for the item you want.

Do you accept cancellations?

Please contact if there is a problem with your order before it has shipped. Once you receive your tracking number cancellations will no longer be acepted.

What happens if my item is broken or doesn't work?

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied! If your item arrived damaged please fill out this form and we will be in touch within 1-2 business days to help facilitate a resolution.

You should not be expected to pay customs. However, depending on where you are located and barriers to entry you may be required to pay customs.

What is the shipping timeline?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. We provide free standard shipping to Canada and the US which has a shipping timeline of 6 days. We also have and Expedited Shipping option at checkout for and additional cost.
